Description
This process is used to track a patient’s journey throughout their medical care. It facilitates the traceability of exchanges and diagnoses.
The process begins as soon as a patient is admitted to the center. All medical workers who interact with the patient can record their medical actions and automatically fill in the patient record.
It enables:
- Recording of the data associated with visits
- Monitoring of the journey
- Recording of hospital decisions
- Access to patient information by anyone concerned
The process ends when the patient leaves the institution. Their journey and data can be automatically saved and archived.
